Always keep backup of the model/project data in separate "Backup folder" which I learned by "hard way". I am not sure but below are the methods to recover the corrupted data. Just try and check whether it helps to recover the project.
-Try to recover the model using importing the analysis data in new project file. More details can be found on PADT site. Search online "Ansys recover database PADT".
-You can try resetting the APPDATA. Exit Ansys. Go to windows start=>run=>%APPDATA%=>APPDATA folder=>Ansys folder=>rename the version folder of Ansys you are using to name_Old=>Launch Ansys and then your project and refresh the project.
