step1:the intelligent regarding the silo have to be specific enough, particularly the exact position of the peristome .
step2:devise a missle that can descend and move with wheels and that can be remote control, launch such device through the air after the prior airstrike destroy the enemy units that sorround the silo, the device have to be filled with high explosive like metal hydrogen prior to launch and move close to the port of the silo and drill the ground thereon, the device do not need to drill the ground too deeply, but when explode, can absolutely make the brink of the silo's mouse collapse and temporarily paralyse or even destroy the silo, particularly at time when
several such devices simultaneously attack the same target,
any silo,no matter how deep and how consolidated, will have port that can be that way blocked

The existing BLU-109 and others in that family can already do that. Plus, with any of these munitions, you only have to get reasonably close; the shock wave is enough to damage the silo and its contents.

The problem has always been intelligence data and the ability to mount an attack before the missiles are launched, not the ability to destroy the missiles in their silos.

probably you mean that when you launch the airstrike, it takes time to reach the silo, and the enemy will have time to response
