We will be upgrading our SolidWorks Workstations. Has anyone experienced any major issues with NVIDIA Q uadro4 750 XGL or ATI Fire GL 8800 (128 MB) video cards?

Nothing "major" with the Quadro 4. You may want to veto the ATI card, based on a lot of people NOT recommending them based on their ability to create and update drivers.
