I'm looking to start using SolidWorks routing for electrical cabling and connectors. Now, the SolidWorks help files say nothing at all about using the routing package for cabling, and instead focuses on piping. There is no way my company will ship me off for several days and spend a couple thousand bucks to take a training course for this, as the powers-that-be... well, they just won't.

I want to learn to use this, because it is a tool that I can definitely use in my work and future tasks. What I'm looking for is a good book that explains the workings of this package from both the piping/tubing side and the electrical side.

I can't afford several grand and a week's vacation to take the course, but dropping a few bucks on a book is right up my alley.

I'm looking forward to seeing what resources you guys have used for this. Thanks!
