Solidworks resources for IT 1

Hello,

I need to find resources for Solidworks. Particularly from an IT aspect of things. In reading a few forums here I have noticed that many people post comments suggesting that their IT department doesn't know squat about the program and its features. I would like to change that here at my company and provide employees with the "technical know how" when dealing with solidworks related issues. If any one has any suggestions please contribute.

You can start a help line that is run thru IT, but the most experienced user naswers the phones.
I am in IT.
