'Solidworks Help Topics' option

Here's a problem I'm having and it's probably so obviuos that I don't see it: I upgraded successfully to SW 2007 and it runs great. The minor problem I'm having is that I don't have the 'Solidworks Help Topics' option. I accessed the 'customize menu' option and picked the 'Solidworks Help Topics' option but no luck. The odd thing is that I do have the option when I don't have anything loaded up in the Solidworks screen. I tip would be much appreciated.

If you have subscription, download "SolidWorks Help File".

Thanks ctopher. But I'm still baffled as to why I do have the option when I don't have anything loaded up in the Solidworks screen. BTW: SW portal for downloads is down according to the website until today?

Not sure why it would not show. It shows on mine.
The SW portal has been working for me today.

What does your VAR have to say about the problem?

Did you disable all Anti-Virus programs before installing?
Whether you did or not, try:

Thanks for your response. I did get in contact with our VAR; they will get back to us shortly. Before I upgraded I had done everything on the threads you refer to plus disabling the anti-virus.

FYI: I applied service pack 2.2 and the help file appeared. Thanks to all for your help.
