SolidWorks 2012 magnifying glass not opening

SolidWorks 2012 does not open the magnifier with g key

the software is active in the OpenGL performance box, the magnifier is turned off in this mode

I can intervene in the selected and locked state in the performance section of the OpenGL option

how can i get this problem?
