Solidworks 2005 dll Problems. Please help!!!

Clean the disk.
Make sure the CD is not bad. Put it into a complately different machine and make sure it works.
Make sure your CD-ROM can read other CD's
Try coping all the 3 CD's onto your HDD and place them into on directory. Overwrite all the files when it askes you. Be sure you place it all in one directory and not into 3 separate ones.
