SolidEdge V12 - Insert Object 1

I currently run SolidEdge V12. In drafting I have inserted object file such jpg file. For some reason the image is not displaying, just shows solid box with file name. What am I missing?

use a .bmp instead that should show up

thnkx - it worked with .bmp

however, my co-worker can place .jpg and we cannot figure out what is the difference....oh well at least one thing worked thnkx again
