I am evaluating the solid fugacity model available in Prode Properties for multiphase equilibria,
my field of application would be mixtures of hydrocarbons with CO2, H2S etc.
I need to estimate freezing points (or, in general, problematic conditions),
which are the main limits (which I should care of) for this model ?

which solid model are you evaluating?

In this reply I assume it's the SSM (Simplified Solid Model) available in Prode Properties Base version.

The SSM model considers fugacity of liquid phase, heat of fusion, heat capacity of liquid and solid phases, freezing point temperature.

It gives good results for hydrocarbons as for example CO2 solidification etc.

For other fluids you may need different models.
