can i open unigraphics files in solid edge environment.I mean if a design a part in unigraphics can i opne that part in solid edge.

yes u can certainly open unigraphics part in solid edge . parts can be opened directly or through parasolid translator . try it & good luck .

As well as being able to open the UG file in Solid Edge, you can also maintain associativity if they are on the same network, i.e. you make a change to the UG part and the part updates in SE.
