solid edge v12 install

during an install of solid edge v12 on a computer running win2k with 600+meg of ram, the set gets 2 screens into the install gives an error message then goes to the finish screen. this is a stand alone install. can anybody help.

Have you got a valid licence? Is the hardwarekey pluged in? Have you installed the licence-driver (sentinel)?

I had this problem with Xp. Are you getting a message saying that a certain files is missing? If so, do a search on that file that is missing on the web. There is a site for this fix.
