Solid Edge ST wont recognize traditional templates

When I go to my file location and point the directory to the location of my templates everything looks good. when I open a new file I have all my template folders but they are empty there are no templates for me to select.

I set my options to traditional and sync and I still cannot get it to work.

I think you'll need to tell Solid Edge to read both types of files.
Go to SOLID EDGE OPTIONS TAB
Under the 'User Profile' (then under user types) select 'Traditional and Sychronous'. You may have to exit and restart Solid Edge.

I tried that one it was set to just Sychronous and even when i changed it it still didnt work. Gives me the same problem.
