I have seen mention of custom properties like
"SE_ASSEMBLEY_QUANTITY_OVERRIDE". This looks like its from a solidedge standard list or something. Is there a list or table some where that tells you to string the values SE and ASSEMBLEY AND QUANTITY AND OVERRIDE together for a desired effect. Where do i look for this stuff.

In SE help.

We've written BKMs for the ones we use most often.

thread562-210329 gave how to set user defined Qty & units. It should be pretty easy to adapt this to not have units.

For AR items I have one too. I'm having a network problem right now or I'd post it.

Hi,

SE Help --> tab: Index --> key in: non-graphic parts
select item: creating --> double click on it and
select 'Create a Non-graphic Part That Uses Units and Value'

I guess what i am asking is, are there any other magic custom propteries like "SE_ASSEMBLEY_QUANTITY_OVERRIDE". If so, is there a list of them.

Not exactly what you're talking about but do a search on property text in help and it gives you some 'behind the scenes' names.

Similarly, like a callout that links to a model's custom property within a draft has certain /switches that can be applied. I don't know if they work in the custom properties dialog, though, since that is more of a Windows thing than SE.
