Soldier pile installation question

I have 94' long W36x150 soldier piles going in as part of a bulkhead. what im wondering is the maximum length these can be installed without splicing....and how much does splicing reduce intallation production (e.g. 25% reduction). These piles are going to be installed from a barge and this is only for a conceptual design cost.
