I have a potential application for solar concentrating power. It involves an intermitten use for the steam produced. However I am not knowledgable enough about the details to determine the feasibility of the project. I am looking for someone to talk to. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

If you are hoping to make money from your idea, e.g. by getting a patent and selling manufacturing rights, don't reveal anything publicly. Get a local mechanical engineer to look at it. You might want to talk with your attorney first, and get an NDA for the engineer to sign.
