I am developing an expected energy output analysis for a solar farm based on a "12x24" standard test condition scenario. Based on my findings I will create a lifecycle analysis of the solar farm. I have looked on the internet and in my old text books for a methodology to solve this problem but I am having difficulty finding a good solution. The analysis should be made at a "P50" confidence level for the average lifetime output using the local areas meteorological data and latitude. Can anyone give me information on how to solve this problem or point me to literature or a website that will help me through this process?

Note: I have also posted this question on the Electrical/Electronic forum.

This one site has real data for their particular location:
But, you should do an internet search for "insolation" which should pull up sites that also have some data. There's a US government site that includes tables for different cities in the US.
