soil mechanics on-line courses

What basic, soil mechanics courses might be available for credit or auditing either on-line or by correspondence? I need to learn more. Thank you.

I've never taken a soils course from these guys, but they are useful for getting PDHs. They have a little bit of everything. Of course, these courses will cost you:
