Software/Programs??

I am in a siutation that demands that I produce a large amount of steel details for pile cages (Small Diameter)although he cages are all pretty standard the process is time consuming. I have heard a rumour that a program (Visual basic most likly) is floating around that allows cage details to be drawn in excel simply by entering bar sizes and numbers? Does anyone know of any such sheet? I also think that this sheet may have an element of pile design built into it maybe it was just a very good dream!!
Any help on this matter would be deeply appreciated

Haven't heard of that one; I am aware of a program produced by ACI for columns that I have used in the past for drilled piers. As I recall, it costs about $750 a copy - and does a lot more that just detailing.
