I manage a project and I need to keep track of all the issues related to the suppliers (i.e. status of the supply, clarifications, agreements, general informations, actions etc.). Can anybody advice on a suitable software?
thanks

Depending upon the complexity of your project you might be able to set up a spreadsheet. Can you use the existing procurement system either ghosted or cloned to keep the active system "clean" of project transactions? There are some maintenance software programs that also have MRP/ERP capabilities that could be used. They also tend to cost less.

Regards,

Look at Expedition by Primevera. It will manage the entire project including procurement. It will also link to P-3

If you use Lotus Notes, there are COTS Quality System Management databases available that will allow entry of a supplier database, associated SCARs, survey & surveillance reports, and so on...
