Software for Microstructural modeling for additive manufacturing process?

Hello all,

I am in the search of software, which is for microstructural modeling of an additive manufacturing process. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Can Ansys be used for this purpose? If yes, please let me know, how to do it.

Abaqus has some capabilities in this regard - RVE, MFH, AM process simulations, metallurgical phase transformations and so on.
