Hello,
Can one please help me in finding out which softwares are good for transmission line designing? I have heard that PLS-CADD is a good one, but TOWER also appears to be a complementing one.

PLS-CADD is the industry standard for the overall transmission line. PLS-Tower and PLS-POLE are subcomponents of the software specifically for analyzing structures. Depending how detailed you need the analysis to be, you may or may not need the structural subcomponents.
