Soft soil creep model, PLXIS

Hi

I modeled an oedometer tests in PLAXIS, soft soil creep model. It had 3 phases: K0 procedure, staged construction and Consolidation EPP.

When I tried to run the model I got the error message that "phase 2 (consoldiation EPP) has a first time step parameter is zero or close to zero". The first time step parameter I used was about 0.2676E-9. I used the standard iterative procedure.

Can anyone pls let me know what is the problem?
