Working on prelim design of a new building that involves storing ~800 gallons of 12.5% concentration of Sodium Hypochlorite. The 2018 IBC, 2018 IFC, and NFPA 400 all do not indicate which category this chemical falls under. From reading the SDS and doing some other research, it appears to be corrosive (health hazard), and may or may not be an oxidizer (physical hazard) depending on concentration level.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to determine what class of oxidizer (if any) this concentration of Sodium Hypochlorite is?
