Still I am not able to create the ball, Once I assumed the side length of regular pentagon then how would we get the angle b/w normals of two adjacent polygon and the radius of sphere?
Attached is a zip file containing my solution for creating a so-called standard soccer ball. Included are a series of images which shows the steps that I took to create the model. The only really important file is the one named 'soccer_ball_solid.prt' as it's a parametric model in the sense that there is an expression named 'Diameter' which is set to 220 mm, which I understand is the size of an official competition soccer ball. But if you needed something smaller (or larger) all you need to do is enter a different value.
