Reading up on this project is like investigating the history of some catastrophic engineering distaster, with the real tragedy being that it hasn't happened yet.

Everyone seems to already understand that something horrible is going to happen with the project.

This dam is bad news, and a bunch of people are gonna die if it fails.

Just writing myself a note not to travel anywhere in the vicinity of the three rivers in the near or far future. I'll satisfy my enginerd curiousity through other's eyes (or cameras) for the time being!
