I’m trying to construct a response spectrum out of an empirically based attenuation relationships. For a given distance and earthquake magnitude one can obtain the T=0 Peak ground parameters. However, I do not know how to get the period-by-period estimates of response spectral values. I have tried Newmark & Hall but this method is based on the PGA, PGV & PGD and not directly on the relationship.
