How is your SmarTeam Environment setup???
Do you have separate servers for SmarTeam, the Database (Oracle, DB2), the Vault, the Web-Editor?
Do you also operate a Test Environment parallel to your Production Environment?
I'm at a site that is only using one server for SmarTeam, Oracle and the Vault. There is no Test Environment and I believe based on some feedback I'm receiving from IBM Engineering Technical Support on a couple of outstanding PMRs, that we have some serious issues.
