SMART FETS ON 24V TRUCKS

Hi all,

Has any one experince on Smart FETs controlling 24v loads like exterior or interior lights on a truck?
The most common ones like ST or Infineon seem not to be designed for this battery voltage.
What's being used in the market then?? Relays? Normal MOSFETS?
