Item shown isn't even for the same car. In an ideal world, a car manufacturer would use the same part or component in as many vehicles as possible, since that minimizes both carrying cost/inventory and development cost. This should be trivial to see if the part numbers match. If they don't, then there's only a marginal possibility that they can be interchanged without any issues.
The component cited includes a float and its arm, which were designed/developed for a certain location in the fuel tank to give the correct signal to the fuel gauge. Changes to the geometry, which is probably a point design for a given fuel tank geometry, likely means that you would get an erroneous signal from the sender if you tried to use it in your car.
