Smart Fasteners crashes SW!!! 1

Every time I use Smart Fasteners SW chrases with the message:

"SolidWorks has terminated due to an unhandled error.
Please contact ......."

I have a P4 with Win XP Pro.

Hello,

If I recall correctly there was a performance problem in SmartFasters with an older Service Pack of SolidWorks. Please do the following:

1) Install the latest Service Pack of SolidWorks and Toolbox

2) Ensure that you are using the latest video driver for your graphics card (old video card drivers cause crashes in several applications)

3) Ensure that the virus checker was disabled when you installed SolidWorks and the service pack (the virus checker blocks important DLL files from being installed, this can cause crashing too).

I re-instaled SW without the anti-virus and everything is ok.
