Cody Company sent us their Co-Lox "Button Lock" Furnace Pipe for strong pipe.

The Cody Co-Lox system consists of button punches on the crimped ends that "snap" into place behind an inside hem on the uncrimped ends of all pipe, elbows and fittings in 4-14" Dia. Strong, permanent field joints can be made in a minimum of time using sheet metal snips, a hand crimping tool and a hand snaplock punching tool. For increased strength and durability, additional beads have been added to the pipe at intervals of 6" from crimp hem 12"-12"-12" center 6" from bottom of pipe.

My Question: Anyone ever uses this product before? Does Cody Company's product meet the SMACNA standards? How can you verify?

Thank you very much.
