If you want to convert standard cubic meters of gas per hour (Sm3/hr) to actual cubic meters of gas per hour (m3/hr), then you need to state:
(1) The actual temperatue and pressure of the gas
(2) Define the reference temperature and pressure of your standard cubic meter of gas (i.e., is it atmospheric pressure and 0 [°]C ... or atmospheric pressure and 60 [°]F ... or what pressure and temperature?)
