Slow tracking of pointer and cross hairs in sketcher

Hi when drawing say a part profile before protrusion or revolve the crosshair and pointer dont track each other as normal like in proe2001, whats is causing this and Can it be fixed??

Make sure that you dont have SNAP settings on.
