Slow Performance... Any Tips

Hi All,

I am running R18 on a 64bit system but with very slow performance. I am not doing anything fancy, simple operations seem to take forever. Does anyone have any tips?

My work files are all on my local drive but my licence is on company server. Could the license file retrieval be slowing me down?

Thixoguy, license retrieval shouldn't be an issue. Did you clear your catsettings?
