When I make a draft file of an assembly it seams that everything I do with it is very slow. Even just flipping over to an assembly window from the draft and the other way around. I've defraged, that helped some. I got ride of all the v16 folders, that helped some also. Any other ideas?

Hi mhafele
I find that returning to a drawing of a large assembly can take quite a long time.
Is it because Solid Edge is checking whether the views are up-to-date, so as you get more views/bigger assemblies the amount of data to be checked increases and takes longer ?
Maybe someone can confirm that Solid Edge does this.
On small assemblies it's not so noticeable.
Big assemblies also means big drawings.
