Hi all!

Hope I can get some help. I have a simple (?!) model that should do a basic movement. I really can not explain in english, but if you look at the picture, you'll hopefully understand.

Could somebody please explain to me how to perform this? I am using WF2. The movement should be bi-directional, it should go back and forth. The models may be altered slightly to achieve the result.

I have uploaded the files if anyone want to have a go at them.

Thanks!

Make a slot curve and a follower point, and then define slot connection. You can define stop points for slot by adding 2 datum point and declare it in slot connection dialog box.

Hope this's helpful

Here's the result

Thanks to both ndk and Israr for your assistance. The two solutions may use different geometry, but both selected a slot follower connection.

Again, thanks!

Slot connection is the only 'cause cam follower surfaces must be curved in one direction only.
