i am trying to model partially filled(water) cylinder in ABAQUS with CEL technique, but i dont know what interaction and boundary condition need to provide to simulate the actual condition if you have any know example please provide the link and you suggestion are deeply appreciated.

There are some YouTube tutorials covering that. You need to specify water properties (EoS material model), define the Eulerian domain (including the initial water level) properly, add general contact to handle the interaction between the Eulerian (fluid) and Lagrangian (solid) region and apply some BCs/loads to enforce the motion of the system. All in Abaqus/Explicit.

i have watched the videos and read abaqus documentation already the problem is , as i applied sinusoidal loading when cylinder comes back from its extreme position whole fluid jumps out of cylinder but that should not happen as i am modelling research paper example therefore i am doing some mistake but don't have any idea where it could be i am attaching my file here.
i also require to find the mode shapes of fluid but really not know how to do that in abaqus.
