SLC AFI equivalent

Hello all
Can anyone tell me how to perform a AFI instruction equivalent in a SLC 500

Some take and B3 bit (say B3:0/0) and run it directly to an Unlatch coil. It is named "Debug Bit - Always Off". Then use it as either a NO or NC contact throughout the program.
