SLC 500, text messages and email

Hi,
can somebody tell me how to make SLC 500,5/05 sending text messages and email. A sample will be very appreciated.

I set up a control logix using rslogix 5000. I'm thinking rslogix 500 would be similar, and definately easier. I'll attach a word doc I saved so I could save some time if I ever (god I hope not) have to set up email again. I also was using the 1761 - ENI which is an external interface with it's own software (free software and it's not too difficult to set - up).
