Skylift work platform for wind powered generators!!

Hey guys,
We need to design a mobile work platform for the use in servicing wind powered generators.
Here is the requirements for the mobile work platform:
Max working height 85m
Max working distance(horizontal) 30m
Safe working load: 300kg
Any type of system may be used, for example telescoping system or hydraulic system...
