Can I lock the size of a circle in the sketcher and have all holes remain equal?
Thanks

You can. When sketching holes you draw the quantity required, then select them all and right-click, select the '=' sign. You may dimension the hole before or after applying the 'equal' relation. Alternatively you can use the Hole Wizard when modeling. The advantage there is that all holes you place have the dimensions of the first hole inserted. Yet another feature of using the Hole Wizard is that you can modify all of those holes at once. If you insert a threaded hole, the full dimensional annotation is automatically placed and updated when changed in your drawing. When placing the Hole Callout just select the hole, even a hole count will be added.
