Once you insert a sketch picture into a sketch, place it where you wish, and then close the sketch how do you move the sketch picture if you later decide the placement of the sketch picture is not right?

Double click on the sketch picture. This will open up the Sketch Picture Property Manager.
You can also RMB on the unopened sketch and change the plane.

You will need to go back into the original sketch to move the picture.

Right click on the sketch in feature manager -> 'Edit Sketch'

Then double click on the image.

Now you should be able to either drag the picture with the mouse, or adjust the values for position/size/angle in the feature manager to position where you would like.

Hope this helps,
Lou

JMirisola is correct,
you don't have to go back to the skecth. Simply double click on the image and go from there.

I guess you have to turn of the user defined transparency every time you do this because if I don't I can't move the picture and get the eyedropper.
