Sizing Fiberglass Filter

I'm trying to size a fiberglass filter. What is the proper velocity I should size it for?

Normal for Noise Tolerant, low moisture content areas is 350- 400 fpm, many Furnace Style filters unreinforced will tend to buckle somewhere over 550 fpm.
