Hello, I need to model a cilinder of 80 mm with an 60 mm concentrical hole, in the top of this, i need to create a sinusoidal wave, I have done a example in AutoCAD, you can see the attached figure, but this is only made with circular fillets, only for illustration proposits. I need a real sinusoidal wave in the top. How can I do this?
 
Go to Ad$k's Inventor forum and search for "barrel cam" or "cylindrical cam". There are example models posted that should get you started in the right direction.

While the geometry may not be accurate (I'm not sure I'm imagining what you are describing) you will probably find the Emboss feature is what you'll want.
