Sinumerik 840D - reset and load PLC + NCK query

Hello,


I have a question about the L3030 laser. We have this laser from 1998 and started annoying the sinumerick 840D.


I read that it is necessary to reset the unit - load the PLC and then the NCK.

Does anyone know the correct procedure to solve? Or do?

NCK and PLC are backed up on floppy disks. We know where to upload. Just what's the right thing to do?
