Single Point Urban Interchange(SPUI)

I am working the a preliminary design of single point Urban interchange(SPUI). The SPUI will be located near Dayton, OH. Where can I obtain guidelines and design criteria specificly for SPUI design? What are roughly cost to build of SPUI?

Suggest you contact UDOT (Utah Dapartment of Transportation) since they have recently installed numerous SPUI's during their reconstruction of I-15 for current data and lessons learned. The planning department would have data on capacity etc.
