Dear Juice,
There is a command in Express Tools named "TXT2MTXT" that
exactly solves your problem.
If you use the AutoCAD 2000i or 2002 and have not the
Express Tools, you can refer to forum "hi there im just
upgraded to aca" in AutoCAD forums web page (eng-tips.com).
