Hi, I have this circuit where voltmeter is connected. It shows voltage of 2.381V but the actual should be around -21V. Surprisingly, while using gui for measuring steady state voltage, it shows -21V. Can anyone explain why it's so? Thanks in advance.

A snapshot of voltage during a transient (start-up) event, long before steady-state is reached?

I cant understand about this transient as it's a dc network with only resistors. I also tried running it to 100 simulation time but it still it gives the wrong output i.e 2V.
