simulink x matlab

Hi guys
I'm trying to perform a PD controller using simulink, but the result is different from the one I found using Matlab. First I've calculated y(t) of the system, where y(t) is the output. Then I ploted y(t) x t.
 
I just want to know why do the graphs are not the same?
